[ICOM] 2720 cloning cable

I had to replace one when the shield from the cable became detached and 
grounded at the wrong parts of the PC board inside the connector 
housing. Looks like a level converter to me - poor man's ($45.00!) 
CT-17. I would think it would work for your older rig.
