[ICOM] Temp New Moderator

I will be off-line for a few weeks starting around the tenth of this 
month.  I have asked Steve Lewis N8TFD to give me a hand moderating 
the list during that time.  Some of you may remember that Steve 
hosted the list before I picked it up way back when.  Please behave 
while I'm gone and don't give him too much grief.  :)
