I use an RFSpace SDR-IQ as a band monitor. It lets me see on a waterfall   
display exactly where the action -- and the QRM/QRN -- is, without having  
to tune around. Then there's the WWV receiver, also sitting on the 
multicoupler, for time hacks. Other folks will have their own uses, too.
