[ICOM] 14.316 Icom net?

[D C *Mac* Macdonald]

Perhaps the frequency was chosen by
somebody who lives in the boondocks
away from many neighbors?
 
I have no idea as to how many of these
I hear simultaneously here in a suburban
residential neighborhood, but is is many!
 
It might not be so bad if there were any
propagation to speak of on 20m these days.
