The CI-V address for an IC-735 is 04 hex. The standard rate for Icom 
rigs is 1200 bps, usually adjustable via switch, menu, or jumper 
settings. The IC-735 differs from the other Icom HF transceivers in that 
is uses a fixed 4-byte value for frequency data instead of the 5-byte 
data value used by others that are CI-V compatible.

There are several sites that list most Icom rig addresses. You can also 
get a PDF file of the Icom CI-V Reference Manual. The one I downloaded 
indicates that it is the 3rd Edition. Sources of these items are easily 
found by searching for Icom CI-V (which stands for Communication 
Interface - Five).
