[ICOM] ON6RJ needs help with 756 Pro III to transmit 7100-7200

I don't know if this is solved or not.
I had mine recently modified by our service technician for just that: open TX 
from formerly 7000/7100 to 7000/7200 without openening the rest of the TX.
