[ICOM] ON6RJ needs help with 756 Pro III to transmit 7100-7200

Es Tu  fer help on  my pro 3 newly bought it's a European type and the transmit
is sealed form 7100 til 7200.  Could you help us which safe modification I'll
have to do for solving my pro 3?  There are some links on the internet but I
will not risk to damage the new rig by incomplete soldering or wrong handlings.
We recently may use the 40 meters part as secondary ops and it would be nice
