[ICOM] Temp New Moderator

All:

I have been off-line since the tenth of September.  I had hoped to be 
back in the saddle by now, but it looks like it may continue for a 
few more weeks.

I have asked Steve Lewis N8TFD to give me a hand moderating the list 
during that time.  Some of you may remember that Steve hosted the 
list before I picked it up way back when.  Please behave while I'm 
gone and don't give him too much grief.  :)
