[ICOM] PW-1 Power problems

My Fellow ICOM users.

I have a PW-1 that has operated just fine.  Today I went home over lunch to
try to work 9u0a dxpedition and sure enough they were on 17m CW.  I tried
for around 20 minutes and all was working without a hitch.  He QRT'd for 5
or 10 minutes so I turned off the PW-1 and listened for his return on my 756
Pro III.  He came back on but the PW-1 didn't.  No Power.  Circuit breakers
on the PW-1 are in and my breaker at the electrical panel is OK and I even
switched to another 220 circuit.  No Power.  All cables appear ok and
connected.  Now could it be that the power switch itself on the control head
has malfunctioned?

The PW-1 works in the standby mode for band switching.  And yes this is the
later version PW-1.

Any guidance is appreciated.
