[ICOM] C-IV commands

Thanks... It's unfortunate that the command set for CI-V seems to be so
limited... Even with the newer radios.

Unfortunately these CI-V commands do not exist, to my best knowledge. I
occupy 
myself since many years with this stuff and am pretty much certain that I 
know it all about icom CI-V, although I have been wrong in the past...
