John,
Looks like the old IC-706 mic will work, HM-103 or even the HM-118T
should work. The manual said it came with the HM-118T or the HM98S. I
think Icom changed mic's after I left in 2001. I closed the manual page
but it has a PTT line, mic, ground and mic audio ground which appear to
be common with many Icom products using the RJ-45 connection.
