I would surmise that rectification and mixing of the various BC 
signals and their harmonics are occurring somewhere close to 
your station.  If the fundamentals were headed your way, they 
WOULD be filtered by the IEC filter assuming good shielding on 
your feedline. 
 
You mentioned a ground radial system.  What is its purpose? 
Is it to support a vertical antenna?  If so, you may have a 
poor connection in it which COULD act as a diode detector and 
cause your problem!
