Carl and all be very aware of the first page of section 4.1 of the service manual. It among other things lists the equipment requirements etc. (1.) +13.8Vdc at the power connector.( 2).DC power supply capable of at least 30 Amps. (4) Terminated 50 Ohm wattmeter capable of the output power. If you can comply with the above, then one should be able to set the output power correctly. Larry K4LXV.
