[ICOM] IC-781 front panel

I have a problem with the phone input jack on my IC-781.  I am wanting to remove the phones input jack and it looks like I will have to remove the front panel...all knobs and what ever..

any tips on doing this would be greatly appreciated..Is there another way to get at the phone jack ??


also the cw keying doesn't work...


any tips or help of any kind would be appreciated..
