[ICOM] Microphone extension cables?

Hi Randy,

I use a one foot extension on mine and haven't noticed
any problems. The markings on the wire are "hyper
grade cat u 3497 235360". I bought it at a local
comuter store with a double female connetor for the
mic.

Why only one foot? Well it's built into a portable
radio box with other rigs that I take in and out of my
truck for camping, events etc...only needed a one foot
extension to get from the back of the rig to the
front.
