[ICOM] IC-71A programming

Hello,
   Have been playing with a IC-71A, which appears to have lost it's
programming.   Since it is not mine, I don't want to put much money in
it.   I've seen some ask about the availability of the code to reload the
various 71 series radios, I'm wondering where I might find it for the
IC-71A OS?  I've burnt lot of PROM's, just need a source for the code to
load into the memory module.   Thank you.
