[ICOM] IC-761 p/s

I have an RS20-M here, Lee, but it isn't hefty enough.  I honestly don't
think the internal supply that I have is particularly noisy and I'm fixing
it (again) when I get the required semiconductors.  Living at the end of the
world has its disadvantages!!!
