[ICOM] IC-756 Hand Mic Problem

I pulled out my other IC-756(Bad Screen) and my 2 hand mics work fine with that radio, 
So is there some place in the software where i need to change the settings ?. I do not see where i would do that, Still not sure what i am doing wrong.
