Thanks Adam. I know that bandpassfiters and so are shared. As I have had the 
IC-775DSP for years and only have the "need" to use DW in the same band, it 
is DW for me ;)

If I had 6m on it, it might be need for real DW.

Another discussion I saw was that the 7700 has the CI-V so one can use two 
radios for true DW. But CI-V has been around since IC-735 (earlier?), so I 
doubt that ICOM had the plan that all 7700 buyers will buy two radios. They 
may wish that but that's another thing. Hihi.
