[ICOM] Modifications - Never Seen These Mods !

I've tried to send this message twice:  The original title had "ICOM 
Modifications - Never Seen These Mods ! " as the title.  I remember 
QTH.net had a filter that deleted messages with the first word in the 
subject being all caps.  So here it is again!

I bet the mods for the 703 just might work on a similar radio - the 706?

The author also reports that the AM detector on the IC746PRO is a
synchronous detector!  He has a long pdf on mods for that radio.
