Then you do not need sub-RX. You only need second VFO. N1MM for instance
supports the approach described by you making use of just two VFO rather
then two RX.
It seems the radio targeted for contesters. The trend in contesting is to
move to SO2R. So you need at least 2 full blown RX
or better 2 full blown TRX. Therefore one does not need cut version which
most of the sub-RXs are.
