[ICOM] New IC-7700 announced at Dayton

...maybe an IC-7500 (IC-746 Pro successor)...and still leave room for a
future IC-7600 (IC-756 PIII succesor)?
The IC-746 Pro has been on the market for...six years, is it?
...with less than 24 hours to go before Hara Arena doors open, I wonder if
we can expect anymore ICOM announcements (HF) this time around.
Thanks, Adam.

I guess they're following the path of the FT-9K series as they have a
"contest" version of their top dog rig at around that price. Yaesu then
dropped the 847 and the Mark V and introduced the FT-2K. I wouldn't be
surprised if Icom would do the same and drop the 746Pro and the PIII from
their line and introduce a IC-7500 (7560? :) ).
I think I'll pass on this one.
