[ICOM] 706MKiiG with AT-180

The instructions with the IC-7000 indicate that when connecting a
AT-180 you can use either of the receptacles on the tuner suggesting
a daisy-chain configuration. I used my tuner with a 706m2g previously
and believe it to be the same. Whether all 13 lines are delivered to
the tuner is unclear. As you, I have no independent documentation for
the AT-180. Hope this helps. Dave-K4QT
