Hi Joe,
Please refer to "Keyer Set Mode" (IC-7800 User Manual, p. 4-11). This
explains the procedure in detail. The IC-7800 must be in CW mode to access
this menu (via F-3, KEYER). The "Rise Time" sub-menu allows selection of 4
rise-time values: 2, 4, 6 and 8 mS.
Cheers for now, 73,
Adam VA7OJ/AB4OJ

Subject: [ICOM] 7800 DSP CW keying shape factor
Folks, I have scanned through the online 7800 manual looking for a procedure
to adjust the cw keying shape factor and could not find a reference. The
brochure mentions the fact that the output waveform is controlled by the
DSP. Is this adjustable ? Thanks in advance.
