[ICOM] Want servicing info re: 756PRO

I have an ICOM 756PRO.
After about 15 minutes it cuts on and off, and when off sounds about like
the antenna was disconnected.
To get it to go on and off I can toggle the transmit button, or just scan
with the tuning knob.
Since I still live mostly in a tube world, and have plenty of tube sets to
repair, I have chosen to have someone with 756PRO experience do it.
Who or what should I have do it?
    I'm near Sacramento CA.
Is there factory authorized service near me, or where is it?
Is factory service unreasonably priced? Something like $265 I find
mentioned.
(I don't necessarily believe $265 is unreasonable. Should
I?)
Your suggestions will be appreciated.
