[ICOM] My IC756 does not transmit more that 70W

Hi there,

After a long period in the shelf, I connected my IC756 and installed a 
windom antenna (I also tried with others) and I noticed that the 
transmitter does not get more than 70W, the current consumption is not 
more than 15A (should be 20A for 100W), receiver is fine. Any idea?
