I have three MICOR Hi Split 110 watt PA boards that each contain two (2)
matched pairs of
Motorola M9625 ((2N6097), 40 watt, NPN 175 MHz transistors. Actually all 4
are matched. 

These were removed from operational MICORs. USPS First Class shipping per
board (to different 
addresses) is $6.00 Postal MO. These transistors are currently on eBay for
$19.95 ea.  I can 
supply the MICOR PA schematic.

PS: Don't plan on converting these hi split boards to the ham band. I have
tried.
