[ICOM] Icom 7000 with Turbo Tuner and Tarheel II

Unplug everything but the radio and coax. If it still does it put the 2-3 
split toroids on the power cable "RIGHT" at the radio. If it doesn't do it 
with everything unplugged start re-hooking everything one at a time and see 
where it fails.
