[ICOM] Transistor

Anyone know of a source for old, out of current production transistors? 
  I'm in need of a Toshiba 3SK22 driver transistor is a T0-72 can ... 4 
leads, dual gate NPN.  Current cross is to an NEC222 which does not 
work in the application.
