[ICOM] Low power out of 751A

I have recently aquired a very nice looking 751A with one known problem.  It only puts out 55 watts.  Transmitter and receiver work fine but power is low.  AM is steady at 50 watts but all other are low.  Hi-Low switch makes no difference.  I heard there is a pot or trimmer cap that controls output but the manual makes no mention of it that I can see.  Can you help?  Thanks
