[ICOM] AOL Posting Issues

FYI..

Some AOL members are unable to post because their plain text messages are
being turned into HTML after they're sent by adds placed at the bottom of
their messages.  This has happened before and AOL does stop doing this
eventually and the problem goes away.  Perhaps complaining to AOL will speed
this process up?

So far, I've not been able to filter out all the HTML spam without catching
the AOL footers.  I will continue to work on this but the prognosis is not
good.

Work arounds include a Google mail account, etc.
