[ICOM] PW1 and 10 meters

You'd have to have very small wirecutters.  I gripped it with the medical 
instrument called a hemostat.  Then I expected to apply heat to one end and 
try to lift that end out.  However, before the solder let go, the diode 
crushed under the pressure of the hemostat grip.  That was that - works 
great.  YMMV  :)
