[ICOM] FREE FREE FREE, Classis Icom Parts (I think!)

I'd rather not say on the list. I suspect the individual has a great deal of 
business and the job of troubleshooting repairing an old radio was going 
take too much time and there were other easier repairs mounting up. I guess 
it just got being pushed further onto the back burner until it fell off the 
stove.
