[ICOM] Ailing IC-745 - any thoughts?

The VCO trimmer caps in the 4 VCO's were the main problem with that 
(and other) rigs of that vintage..the trimmers need to be replaced 
with ceramic types and not the plastic types
that came from the factory..
If your careful and have good solder/desoldering equipment it should 
be ok for you to do if you have some experience.
