[ICOM] 706MKIIG

Makes sense in a way.  Why should I have to go thru the RTTY or AM
selections if I never run those modes?  Makes it a little more efficient in
getting thru the modes with the single button.  I think there are a couple
of rigs out now that allow you to select which bands you have to have
available.
