[ICOM] IC-208H Mounting Bracket and mike extension cord

I use Aluminum angle stock to make my mounting brackets.  With a little
imagination you can cut several pieces, make the gymbal mount, and you are
done.

For the mic extension, I use a standard RJ-45 network cable.  You can roll
your own or buy one with a F-F adapter.  They are normally in 3 - 6 - 10 ft
lengths.
