[ICOM] IC 745 drifts bad

I am thinking the 2nd LO crystal used to be one place to look. Going 
from memory so i could be thinking of the 740 also.
Scott Malcom of MTS or Kuni Okuma of COMTEK are both real good on this 
rig. Others will have there contact information at hand I don't tonight.
