[ICOM] php file?

The .php file isn't the service manual, but the HTML script that will 
actually download the file to your computer.  You need to execute it on the 
mods.dk site by double-clicking the link and then your computer should ask 
you if you want to download the appropriate file or open it.

It won't work to just right-click the link and try to save it directly.  If 
you do that, you get the script file instead of the actual file you want 
(as you have already discovered  :)
