Yes!
It seems to be a bit more selective and the adjacent channels signals seem
to be a bit less intrusive into my passband with respect to broadband noise.
I do miss the 2M, but that is no big deal with two 746PROs and a transverter
available.
Honestly, I haven't compared the transverter to the 746PROs, but I'm looking
forward to getting around to it.
The other upsides to the 756PRO3 are (among others) the bandscope (I never
thought that I would like it!), the extra buttons for direct access to more
functions without having to go through as many menus, and the dual watch.
These radios are fun to use with oodles of functions to play with.
