Heh heh heh - GOOD LUCK.  Your quest is about as impossible as mine!  <grin>
But then, you never know!

Best bet, buy a 551 with one installed, put it in the better radio, and sell
the other radio without the FM.  I know a guy with a 970 that had to get the
1296 unit that way.  But it worked.
