[ICOM] IC-781 Service

While he didn't service my 781, Clif at Avid did a hell of a good job on
my IC-751A. I've watched a member of WV Navy Marine-Corps MARS get
totally screwed by a repair company in New York. Clif will get my
repairs (as well as other WV MARS members).
