[ICOM] IC-781 Service

Scott told me that he didn't have the test jigs (Icom had them in Bellvue) to
work on the 781.
He never mentioned a shipping problem.

I have used the Bellvue Icom location for service work on one of my 781s.
They fixed it perfect.

I've shipped 781s all over without trouble.
