Not exactly dsp, but closely related, you will find the softrock_40
yahoo email group. They use SDR for receive and transmit in QSD type
homebrew radios.
And, there is the soft_radio yahoo group.....not fixated with QSD
type radios, but software and hardware issues are discussed.
There is also the SpectrumLab yahoo group, that mainly discusses
issues and uses of Spectrum Lab software, which is a free DSP program
that does allot of stuff.
Also, you might be interested in the HPDSR group (high performance
SDR), hpsdr at hpsdr.org, these guys are software and hardware oriented,
their main interest ios to take SDR out of the PC/sound card world
and make it portable/stand alone so that no PC is needed.
