[ICOM] Reverse SMA connectors

I think the reverse SMA connectors and for that matter, reverse
polarity BNC connectors are designed to make it difficult to
install additional equipment, such as external amplifiers.

I can't specifically claim this is the case for WiFi equipment, 
but I seem to recall the FCC requires FRS radios, for instance, 
have to have either non-detachable antennas or uncommonly available 
connectors for the antenna, so external power amplifiers cannot 
be added to the radio. Reverse polarity connectors are designed for 
this and I understand to be an acceptable option.
