Thanks a lot for all your help.... Wed. I will be at the American History Museum in DC and will be manning the ham station. My friend <<Assist.>>who will be with me can give a final check on the transistors.

Mouser's phone number is 1-800-3466873.
Part number for the transistor is # 512-2N3771. $1.88 each.
Part number for the 0.05 Ohm 1% resistor is 71LVR5-0.05/R $1.34 each.
Also go to radio shack and buy a small tube of thermal grease. It is a
white heat conducting grease. It looks like toothpaste. Be sure to put a thin
layer on the transistor then place the mica insulator on top of the transistor.
Then place a thin layer of the grease on the mica insulator. Plug the
transistor into the socket and replace the two mounting screws. The small tube that
radio shack sells is more than enough for mounting the four transistors.
Be extremely careful in handling the mica insulators.
Radio shack also sells the transistor mounting kits for the pass
transistors that contain the mica insulator just incase you break one. I don't
remember if they sell just the mica insulators by themselves.
Get another ham friend who lives nearby and knows how to check the
transistors to help you.
Good luck and 73 .
