[ICOM] Notch Filter on IC-765

Hi Everyone,

I acquired a nice high serial number IC-765 about a year ago, but the notch
filter doesn't work.  Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why this is?
I've done a quick look through using the service manual to see if anything
is loose or disconnected, but I can't find anything that sticks out at me.

I thought maybe someone else has run into a similar situation with a 765 or
other ICOM radio with similar circuitry.
