[ICOM] Icom spotting on TV

It does to me.  I hate seeing inaccuracies in film or TV.  Part of enjoying
the story is for it to make sense.

You guys heard about the flashing LEDs on the Borg uniforms in Star Trek?
They are supposed to be blinking morse code.  I can't remember if it was TNG
and Voyager, but it was one of the two.
