[ICOM] Trouble with I-765

Thanks Larry,
I agree with you. It seams like PA is not being
sufficiently driven at 28 Mhz. I don't think about ALC
problem because my 765 was loaded at 50 Ohm dummy load
so SWR=1 at any bands.
