[ICOM] WTB: Icom 706/706MKII

Damn - we might have made a trade.  Too bad the T-81s are gone now.

I have a pristine 706 MK-I in my deployment bag, not likely to need it
anymore.  Like I didn't really NEED the T-81s, I really don't WANT to sell
the 706.  But a good trade is sometimes too good to pass.
