You sure can. If you had a "true" CT-17, you'd
find several jacks to go to multiple rigs.
The only thing you need to be concerned about is
the software driving the rigs. For example, if
you have 2 radios and they both decide they want
to send to the computer at the same moment, the
data will collide and the software will get
garbage. The software needs to be prepared for
this and re-prompt the rigs present to figure out what's actually happening.
